Refund & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of purchase using a tracked shipping service that requires a signature upon delivery.

In the event of delays or exceptional circumstances affecting processing time, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the type of item purchased and the destination country.

For international shipments, orders may be declared at a lower value for customs purposes where applicable.


All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are confident in their purchase before completing checkout. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all store policies and terms of service.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the carrier.

Fanged Helsinki is not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing delays, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier or government authorities.

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.


Customs, Duties and Import Requirements

For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for complying with the import laws and requirements of their destination country.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • providing any additional information requested by the shipping carrier or customs authorities

  • paying any import duties, taxes, or handling fees

  • completing customs clearance procedures

Failure to provide requested information to the carrier or customs authorities may result in delivery delays, storage fees, or the package being returned to the sender.

Fanged Helsinki cannot be held responsible for delivery failure resulting from a recipient’s failure to cooperate with the carrier or customs authorities.


Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to the sender due to recipient inaction, refusal to accept delivery, failure to provide required customs information, or failure to pay required import charges, the order will not be automatically refunded.

If the customer wishes to have the order resent, they will be responsible for:

  • paying the new shipping cost

  • reimbursing any additional fees incurred during the failed delivery attempt

Reshipment will only be arranged once these costs have been covered.


Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order through our store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Returns Policy, as well as our Terms of Service.
