Elegant black cotton-twill parka with a satin lining, an attached hood, four on-body front pockets, zipper and snap-button closure and a classic fishtail hem. Adjustable fit with drawstrings. For the spring/summer 2015 collection, Raf Simons poured inspiration from the past and present of his personal life. This beautiful parka features printed photo collage on the back including Japanese imagery, some old-school pictures of Raf's parents and even a self portrait of him.
"It seemed that the only possible way to go for Spring/Summer was deeper inside myself – to find out where designing all started and how it fits with me personally. This collection was not about shapes or forms, it was a kind of ‘memory wear’. I was always thinking of the future for so many years and I was always anti-romanticising the past.
